Although no contemporary batsman has been able to display the batting feats of Bradman combined with statistics, there are players who can be regarded as having succeeded him in the field of influence and impact. Sachin Tendulkar may be referred as the God of Cricket due to his long list of achievements and his endurance, particularly in India. There are others such as Virat Kohli, Steve Smith, and Joe Root that dominated and continued to dominate in the modern era but still cannot match the legacy that Bradman holds. Styles change with time but by and large the title of Bradman has been in a class of its own even as these players have made their individual legends and in the process created another generation of followers and cricketers.
